Community Make-A-Wish Fundraiser: Date Changed to March 7

Our Edgewood Make-A-Wish Fundraiser has been rescheduled to Thursday, March 7 at 5 pm (previously scheduled on February 22). Please join us at the EHS gym for an evening of fun. There are events planned for every age! There will be a dodge ball tournament along with a carnival. Your attendance will help our EHS clubs and organizations achieve their $8000 goal for this worthy cause. Make-A-Wish creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses, like Edgewood sophomore, Tanner Young.

Introducing Our "Edgewood Experience"

We recently conducted a Communication survey with our parents, staff, middle school and high school students. We appreciated everyone who took the survey and received a lot of great feedback. One of the requests we heard from the survey was the need to share more information about our student's activities, accomplishments, and initiatives. In response to this request, we’ve created our “Edgewood Experience”. We’ll be sharing short videos throughout the spring season, from each of our schools, so you can see what’s going on at Edgewood.

Fundraiser

Our students will be selling Cincinnati City Saver books beginning January 24th through February 1st, 2019. A flyer and book was sent home with every child explaining the prizes . These books have savings for places such as the Web, Scene 75, and Dave and Busters as well as restaurants. Every student that sells 5 or more books will earn a trip with Mrs. Harrison to CiCis Pizza.

The Bookmobile will be back at Seven Mile Elementary on Tuesday, February 19th, 2019. Please remind your student to return their Midpointe Library book.

Make-A-Wish Community Event at EHS- Event Changed to March 7

Over 10 EHS clubs and student organizations are coming together to raise $8000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, which has recently granted a wish to Edgewood sophomore Tanner Young. Our next fundraising event will take place on Thursday, March 7 at 5pm (this event was previously scheduled on Friday, February 22 at 5 pm). It's an event for all ages! Here's what's planned:

Father Daughter Dance

The PTO will be sponsoring a Father Daughter Dance on Saturday, February 23rd at Edgewood Elementary School. Times are: 4:00-6:00 p.m. for Pre-K-2nd and 7:00-9:00 p.m. for 3rd-5th. If you have any questions, please contact Kathy Snider at edgewoodptopres@hotmail.com
